DELIVERY & RECEIPT OF GOODS
All orders are processed during normal business hours (Monday - Friday).
All goods on this website are available for collection from our Surrey premises if you would prefer! Select 'Collect in Store' as your delivery option and no shipping charges will be applied to your order. Payment is made online as usual and once we receive your order we will contact you to arrange collection from our Surrey premises. For security, we will ask you to bring with you a copy of your order, your payment card, plus your driving licence or other Photo ID.
For Mainland UK delivery orders, items are usually dispatched within 24 hours on a next day delivery service. Orders placed before 3.00pm will be dispatched on the same day providing they are in stock.
All orders will require a signature upon delivery. Prior to signing for your items you must check the packaging and contents and if any damage is observed, please write 'DAMAGED' on the delivery note when signing. Any damage to items must then be reported to us by email, letter or telephone as soon as possible.
When orders leave us with a carrier you will be informed by E-Mail and given the courier tracking information. You must inform us within 10 working days of receiving the tracking information if you have not received your order in order for us to process a tracking claim with the courier.
AVAILABILITY
All of the products offered for sale on this website are generally held in stock and will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order. In most cases, where orders are received before 3.00pm we will be able to dispatch your goods on the same day.
We have a large warehouse which allows us to keep larger stock levels than most companies. In the unfortunate and unlikely event of your product not being in stock, we will contact you to advise at the earliest opportunity and confirm an exact dispatch date for you. We can source most products in 2-3 days, however if this is not satisfactory we will refund and cancel your order.
