If you are already an Account Customer and would like to have HireGuard insurance automatically applied to the pieces of hire equipment that we offer it on please complete our HireGuard for Existing Account Customers form.
If you have are applying for a new Account with HireGuard insurance or are an existing account customer applying to have HireGuard insurance applied to the equipment we offer it on and have experienced any losses or damage (insured or not insured) to hire equipment in the last three years you will have to complete a Loss / Damage History Form. Please completed in full and returned with your Account or HireGuard application form.
The insurance premium is charged at 15% of the invoiced hire charge exclusive of VAT.
