HIRE PERIODS
Hire rates are divided into One Day (24 consecutive hours), Two Days (48 consecutive hours), Three Days (72 consecutive hours) and Weekly (7 consecutive days) hire periods.
After the first week each day is charged at the Pro Rata Rate i.e. one seventh of the weekly rate.
(Please note that hired equipment will be charged for on Sundays, Bank Holidays and all times when our premises are closed)
ACCOUNTS
Applications for a trading account are welcome – An Account Application Forms can be found on the Company Information page of this website. Minimum invoice charge is £5.00 and terms are strictly net monthly.
DEPOSITS & ID CHECKS
All customers without an account will be asked for a deposit on a credit or debit card, Photo ID and also a corresponding proof of address such as a utility bill. Deposits will be returned once all hired goods have been returned and all hire charges paid. The requirements are as follows:

DELIVERY & COLLECTION
We can deliver and collect most items for hire but carriage will be charged extra. A specific time for delivery or collection cannot be given but every effort will be made to meet with your requirements. Our current Hire Transport Charges can be viewed here.
CONDITIONS OF HIRE
All equipment is hired under the standard HAE Conditions of Hire which are printed on the reverse side of our hire contracts and are available on request.
TERMINATION OF HIRE
It is the hirer’s responsibility to return equipment or notify us if it is to be collected. Equipment will otherwise be left on hire and charged for until returned to our premises.
LARGE QUANTITIES & LONG TERM HIRES
Special rates may be quoted upon request for larger quantities of items and for long term hires (normally after eight consecutive weeks).
WEEKEND HIRE
Weekend hires are charged at the 2 Day rate. All equipment must be collected between 3:30pm and 5:00pm on Fridays and returned no later than 9:30am Mondays
